This service is used to reserve hourly slots at Sports Arena Nankana Sahib, collect payment proof for manual verification, and manage bookings through both the public website and admin panel.
What we collect
We collect the account information you provide when signing up, your booking selections, the sender account name you enter for bank-transfer payments, and the payment screenshot you upload for booking review.
How we use it
We use this information to create bookings, prevent slot conflicts, review payment proof, contact you if there is a problem with your booking, and operate the Sports Arena Nankana Sahib booking service.
Storage and access
Booking records are stored in a hosted database, and uploaded payment screenshots are stored in protected object storage. Only authorized admins responsible for booking review and operations should access this data.
Retention
Booking and proof records may be retained for operational review, dispute resolution, and service administration unless deletion is required by law or policy.
Account deletion
Customers can currently delete their account inside the mobile app when there are no active bookings that still require payment, review, or future access. Read the account deletion page for details.
